Description

The handmade wood handle of this Appalachian kitchen knife is not just meant for display in a rustic or minimalist kitchen. Starting with the finest hand-selected lumber, the hand-cut bow is sanded to a velvet-soft finish. The high carbon steel blade is serrated on both sides and extremely sharp. It's attached with stainless steel screws to the bow - a historic design that maintains tension on the blade for a durable, lasting knife. Cut fresh bread, meat, fruit, cheese and vegetables with an easy sawing motion - no pressure needed. Treat yourself to traditional craftsmanship in Birdseye Maple, Cherry, Zebrawood*, Mahogany or Walnut.

  • Left-handed knives are available
  • Wood kitchen utensils are an eco-friendly alternative to plastic
  • Includes a blade cover that attaches to the back of the blade
  • Due to natural variations in the grain of the wood, each knife varies slightly
  • To clean the knife, simply wipe it down
  • Protect your knife with a light coat of oil
  • Made in the USA
  • Dimensions: 16.25 x 1.75 x .75 inches

*Zebrawood stock is limited. Please allow 1 week+ for your order to ship.
